When sending in video to the Manifest Station, please try to follow these basic guidelines:

1. Your show should allow for other content to be placed between our segments. Any of these durations have worked very well within our system. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us to discuss other alternatives.

2. Since we broadcast using Windows Media Player, it is preferable (although not necessary) that files be sent in .wmv format.
We can accept digital content in the following file types and codecs, up to the rates of 1.4 Megabytes per second:
- WMV files
- AVI files
- MOV files
- RM files
- MPG
3. Please select from the following categories so your show can be organized within our database. The categories also show up in our Program Guide so viewers can easily find what they are looking for.
